Calligraphy can be an art and an expression of words. Sisyu emphasizes on the latter. Calligraphy can convert simple letters into images with emotions. Why I became a calligrapher

February 1st, 2001

I felt being a stranger.
I followed my instinct when I saw a chance.
For a while, I was blinded.

I found myself incapable. I sought for my own support.
A void remained after losing my faith in what I was proud of.
Self esteem vanished.

When I liberated myself from all prejudices of the society,
My body knew which way I should incline.
My body inclined to be a calligrapher.

I have faith in what my body tells.

January, 2007
I felt destined to be a calligrapher.
